I plan to post workout videos showcasing the different ways that I like to train. Since many of the formats and exercises are ones that are familiar with, it is a good idea to try some of these. 100 AmRAP Cardio/Ab Pyramid challenge- 1/20/13
This workout was one that I created for my Bootcamp class. I modified it for me to do in the gym. The goal for this workout is to set a time goal (30, 45 or 60 mins) and see how many rounds of reps you can do and how much of the pyramid you can build. This was a killer workout and an awesome high calorie burn HIIT workout. I did 10 exercises, 10 reps each for a round, making the round 100 total reps. Immediately after finishing the 100 Rep Round, I did an additional cardio activity and ab activity. After finishing a 100 rep round, I added a new Cardio and Ab exercise on to the previous ones, building a pyramid.

I filmed myself doing this workout on 12/24/12. This is a 10 exercise workout using a 50 second work/10 second rest format. Do 3 rounds with anywhere between 30 seconds to 2 minutes of rest in between each round. I got this workout from a guy on Youtube named Funk Roberts that I follow. 10 Exercise Tabata challenge
In this workout, I performed 10 exercises using a Tabata Format. This is one of the hardest workouts that I have done in a long time. Check it out.
Pyramid rep challenge
I did this workout way back in May of 2012. I would run a lap around the Track and then build a pyramid of different exercises and reps. This you can easily do in the gym using the Treadmill and an exercise room.

For those of you that know the Insanity video series, this is Shaun T's latest creation called Insanity Asylum. This particular workout is his Speed Agility DVD and it is tough. Check this out and see what you think.
12 Min Block Bootcamp- 12/29/12
This workout consists of 2 blocks of exercises. Each block is 12 minutes long. The first block is 6 exercises done in 2 rounds. The 2nd block is 4 exercises done in 3 rounds. Each exercise is done using a 50/10 format. In the YouTube video I give a written description of the exercises in each block. I don't have a downloaded version of this workout. Try this out, it is very, very hard. A lot of jumping and all you need is a set of moderate weight dumbbells.

600 rep challenge
pair it up tabata style
This is a great Tabata format to use. Pair up 2 exercises and then do them back to back, alternating, using the Tabata Protocol (20 seconds on/10 seconds off).
1000 Rep challenge
This is by far most popular Youtube workout video. It is grueling and seems to never end. Check it out. Better yet, try it out.
20 station circuit
