TRX Suspension Training Classes
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Suspension Training leverages gravity and bodyweight to perform 100s of exercises. The best part of Suspension Training is that by changing your body angle, you can completely modify the difficulty of the exercise making it a perfect workout for any/all abilities.

Sickfit SUSPENSION TRAINING CLASSES
Monday morning Bootcamps are bodyweight themed and focus on all types of bodyweight exercises and formats. Since Suspension Training is all about Bodyweight Training, SickFit offers 2 TRX Suspension Training classes a month (every other Monday). The classes are an hour long and the format depends on how many Bootcampers sign up. SicKFit has 16 Suspension Trainers and if the classes are not full, then the entire class is spent on the Suspension Trainer, however, if more than 16 sign up, the format will usually be designed with a partner. Some classes may be AMRAP format, Tabata format and/or a combination of other timing challenges.

SickFit offers a TRX only rate of 4 classes for $60 or individual classes for $25. This is for Bootcampers that only want to attend the TRX Suspension Classes and none of the other Bootcamps. Purchasing this pass guarantees you a spot in the class.
