WHAT IS FIT IN 15?

Fit In 15 is a new 15 minute, bodyweight, home workout video series that I am producing.  Every week (sometimes more) I will publish a new Fit In 15 workout that will consist of a Tutorial Video that breaks down and gives modifications for all the featured exercises on the video.  The videos will feature different formats, all of which will total only 15 minutes.  These workouts are great because they do not require any equipment and you only need a small space.  Fitting these into your workout program a few days a week will make a significant difference in your overall fitness.  I plan to make videos that will be Fit In 15 Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, Cardio, etc. so that you can mix and match them to design a comprehensive program.  I am also going to design a proposed Monthly Calendar that you can use that will vary the workouts and give you a varied and effective program.  Basically, all you need to do is if find 15 minutes and let my videos and plan do the rest.  GOOD LUCK!!!
